Dns error message samsung j700

I can not receive or send emails from my cell phone and constantly get this DNS message.

How do I fix the problem

    Cant getinternet to work. Just switch my htc windows phone to straight talk plan from at&t. Error message says cannot find server or dsn error? Is there something i need to ender to get the internet to work?

In most cases, a DNS error just means that the your cellphone is facing connectivity problems. This could be happening for a variety of reasons, especially if you are connecting to the Internet via a wireless connection. Since DNS transforms the website URL into a numerical IP address, without the DNS functioning properly, the Internet connection will be quite useless.

Now, for you to fix it, please try this:
1. Go to Menu
2. Messages
3. Settings
4. E-mails
5. Receiving options
Please apply these settings:
Check interval (not used)
Send read receipt (no)
then leave the rest and then click on SAVE.

Hi,

With that issue, once you receive the DNS error. Turn your cellphone OFF, after 3 minutes, turn it back ON, and try sending the image again. We still don't have any definite solution for that. but that work around really works!

I found the solution.

The solution is
Navigate to Menu->Messages->Settings->Email->Email profile-> uncheck the radio button from MMS to you service provider. If the service provider is Airtel India. Then it should be Mobile Office. That's it the problem is solved. Now try sending message from you samsung phones. If you still faces any issues you navigate to Menu->Messages->Settings->Email-> and add Email accounts and edit sending options and receiving options accordingly.

samsung mobile company is worst company in branded mobile they are not giving any after sale service. even in mobile they give google search facility but there is also they get ad revenue link from google and nether push email open nor they given any solution. even if u go on samsung mobile site only they give only paid items
