How do i change the entry code on my Kwikset 909 keyless lock? Just bought the house and want to made a code number of MY choosing. Thanks.

Change the batteries. If it still isn't working correctly, give Kwikset Customer Service a call: 1-800-327-LOCK (5625)
The lock has a lifetime warranty against mechanical failure but only a one year warranty against problems with the electronics; try to convince them it's a mechanical problem.
These Kwikset/Weiserlock Powerbolts have a high number of failures, according to the large percentage of problems listed on this sight.
Consider another brand such as Schlage if you choose to replace it.

You will find the reprogramming steps here. I'd suggest replacing the 4 AA batteries at this time, if you haven't already done so.

My interpetation:
Slide the interior cover off. Locate the program button. Press program button, enter code. press progran button. You can also enter a 2nd code by pressing the program button 2 times, enter the code, press program button 2 times. Re-align the interior cover after programing code.

un screw the back cover located on the inside of the door , unscrew the two srewa inside that holds the front key pad , when it is removed you will find is has couled tags inside that are placed on regired key numbers for entry good luck
