Dacor CM24p I have a Dacor cm24p Coffee System and the water pump went out on it. I am looking for a place to buy and instructions for instakking it. I had a repair man come out to the house and told me that the water pump was going out ( was making a lot of noise ) and it would cost about $ 500.00 plus the diplay needs to be replaced ( The display can barley be seen) and I think that was going to be about $ 400.00 I am looking for the parts and I will repair it my self (I think the repair man has not worked on these very much. Dacor CM24P will not dump coffee?
I have the same problem and a technician came in to look at it today. I need a press assembly unit (I think it runs about $600). He said it could simply be caused by using "sticky" coffee beans. He ran the machine, holding the door closed button with his hand so we could see the machine run it got stuck every time like it was moving through tar- even after cleaning. I'm looking at about $300 of labor and a $600 part. We ought to file class action suit against Dacor. My machine has never worked properly.

every coffee maker i've ever used like the meile, senseo or espresso machines do that. even my starbucks coffee looks like that at first. it should go away after just a little while, especially when stirred.
