Have a 1999 k1500 Chevy have no turn signal but do have flashers. This early 99 model left over 98 lol have replaced flasher and directional switch all fuses test good can find turn relay under dash only...

If I am not mistaken, these have 2 separate flashers. One for the turn signals and one for the hazards. If memory serves correctly, the turn signal flasher is square and the emergency flasher is round.

Where is the turn signal flasher located ?

Hi, first of all locate the fuse box under the dash on the driver's side of the Caravan. Look near the emergency brake. The fuse box cover has two finger screws that you should loosen to remove the cover. Inside you will see a collection of fuses and in the upper right corner a few relays.
Find the turn signal hazard flasher relay in the upper right corner of the fuse box. It should be easy to spot as it is the biggest of the relays in the box.

No signal (turn) do have 4ways fuses seem okay where is the relays?

Sounds like flasher relay. Most cars have located under dash so the sound is audible. Check under dash fuse box. Turn on emergency flashers and listen for sound. Sometimes emergency and turn relays are located together.

Fuse location for directional and emergency signal

The TS flasher and 4 way flasher use different fuses. I'd test the flasher assembly located near the fuse box under the dash. One blown fuse won't disable both but a bad flasher module could,
