Question about HP Compaq Business Desktop dx2200 - P4 524 3.06 GHz (S6104464)

Booting error I just replace the motherboad, and i found an error 1801 which says invalid or missing processor microcode update error, it also give me 2 beeps. After the message, it instruct to press f1, once i press it boot normally. i will like to know the problem for that issue

Your Product is not listed.
You got to Report with the HP and they Will update you once they have a Driver for you,
However what you can do is try and run BIOS update if Possible.(it may not be Possible in a Boot issue though).

These are very different CPU's, and you should make sure the board accepts the new one. Check the manual.

HP COMPAQ D530 SFF Microcode Update
Download the update from the above link. Read / follow the instructions carefully.

I've a HP Compaq d530 SFF with 3.0GHz processor. Following message is appearing on boot screen: "1801-Unicode update error. Missing or invalid processor microcode update."

And follow the instructions here to upgrade the BIOS. I suggest using their instructions as they will be far more accurate than mine for this specific system and BIOS update.

I just install 2.0GHz processor but my system keep giving 1801 microcode patch error, what do i do?

The 1801 error is defined as:
Missing or invalid Processor Microcode Patch.

Resolved by:
Applying a new ROM BIOS to support the processor stepping.
In other words, you need a BIOS upgrade. Contact your BIOS vendor and get support for your new processor.

I bought an intel 865 board with compaq logo,i have 2.40GH intel proceesor,256Ram and 40GB hard disk;When I turn on the system,it give the following error with F1 to boot,but it boot successfully 1801...

find out your motherboard name,or use cpu-id to see it,and go to your motherboard page,and download latest bios,and flash it,that should fix the problem...
