not all problems have to do with the system check the disc and see if something is wrong with the disc or check the wii itself not just the system but the wii's parts and make sure the disc and the wii are all functioning correctly and make sure that no part of the wii or disc is scratched up or damaged.
for some reason the unit is not happy with the disc have you tried running a lazer cleaner through it? although i wonder if that will work as the words bad disc does seem to mean a lazer read problem but then it can only be either a dirty lazer or the lazer is miss aligned withch means it need s a pro service .... try cleaning the laser
All you can do is clean the lens with a brand name Lens cleaner for DVD. If that doesn't work you might have a problem that might cost a bit to repair.
hi, try first to insert a clean up CD, and test your Cd or Dvd player with an original CD or Dvd, if the problem persist , your laser sense is defficient you have to go to fix it to a specialist. hope this helps you Sserpentio
the belt is broken for the carocel (the disc can not change) it is plobabely stuck b/tween discs therefore it keeps opening and closing saying error . eventually it turns off.
can be fixed with a small elastic goody hair tie w/o metal clasp
