Hi,why it does not ring out is because, the ringer is damaged..and it needs replacement. Before you replace it,you can clean up where the ringer is,there might be dirt stopping it to work. But you have to unscrew the phone to see where the ringer is. Please if you have no knowledge about the phone, you can contact a skillful personnel for assistance.
Does the vibration not work when a call comes or is it vibrating non stop? In either case you need to restart your phone and try calling to it to make sure it vibrates.
If it is not vibrating, then check phone ringing settings and make sure it is set to vibrate + ring.
Hello, First diagnose the problem using the reset button or change to other profile. Is voice coming through Music player??? If its not coming then there is problem in internal stereo speaker. Just repair to service center.
Set the ******** off and see if it rings otherwise try any ringtone as your default callertune and observe if the speakers ring. If not then best to take it to a technician...........sodeep
I brought my phone in to my service provider and they removed the battery and sim card (because I was unable to turn of my phone with the power button) and rebooted the phone. It's all good now.
Good Day,
Beginning with the start menu, go to settings, then sounds & notifications. From the drop down list, go to outgoing message and click the "play sound" box (to empty). That should stop the ringing and vibration.
Hope this helps
This phone allows you to independently set ring and vibrate modes. When you access "Call Vibrate" to set the mode, also visit the "Call Ringtone" menu to turn off the ringer.
You may want to leave the vibrate mode OFF and your ring tone ON and use the quick keys to switch between ring and vibrate. Two ways to do this, push and hold the # key to switch between normal mode (the settings you chose in "Call Ringtone" and "Call Vibrate") or use the side volume button to access the "Master Volume" and select "All Off", "Vibrate" or a ring tone volume.
the phone's vibrating mechanism has likely broken and may need to be fixed through your provider if you have insurance it will be free for them to take a look at it
