Downloads are difficult to perfirorm. I keep getting message that IE is shutting down.

    Reloaded W7. Downloads okay now, but W media player will not load! Very frustrating. Will try reinstalling W7 again!

IE is corrupted- the download program from it is gone. The only way to fix that is to reinstall Windows. It's simpler just to use another browser - Opera has a fully operational download manager in it.

Two4Two is a task that runs with the Yahoo toolbar. This is a nuisance toolbar that downloads with several online apps, and does no real good. I recommend removing it. That should resolve your issue.

1. Go into control panel
2. Open internet options
3. Click onto the advanced tab up at the top.
4. Click reset. (its just above apply)

Its most likely an old browser plug-in that is clogging it and that will remove it.

Well then... you should restart your machine and press F8 (on your keyboard) continuously until prompted with a menu.

Select the option "last known good configuration"... that should bring your machine back to how it was before IE screwed it up.
