Workcenter m151 all i get is two large balck lines both sides of the page how do i go about repairing it

are you printing from Doc feeder or glas?? if from feeder then try to make a copy from the glass, does it still do it? yes problem is with drum.
No? problem is with the small scanning glass to the left, look carefully see if any spots or lines on the 1inch glas --- clean it

i think it is a laser printer.
In laser printer when the drum got damaged (inside the cartridge ) may leads to this state.

so check it out.

By "small balck part" I assume you are talking about the water valve at the bottom of the refrigerator.

If so, you might try a couple of things. Pull the water line off the valve, and (if you can get close enough to it) blow through it and see if there is a blockage. Another alternative would be to run something fairly stiff but also flexible up the line. (Plastic weedeater line is often good for this.)

If the line is open, either the water valve is bad or the icemaker control is not calling for water.

Usually if there are streaks you need to change the pcu that is the same color as the lines. If the streaks are gray it also could be the fuser, but i would think it is the pcu.

In service mode look for balck line cleanup

Your toner is empty and just not indicating it's empty.
There is a light sensor and windows through the cartridge. Sometimes there is a little ink left on the window and it doesn't report empty.

OK, same problem, I've gotten through the solution. I can print and have the first page and last page on one side of the large sheet and the two inside pages on the other side, so that is foldable into a booklet.
I start with a 4 page (US letter sized) document I wish to print as a booklet on tabloid paper.
In the (page layout or editing program's) print dialogue, I've said print all pages, set it at 1 page per sheet, then clicked the printer properties button to open the Xerox Workcenter 7345PS option dialogue.
In the Xerox dialog on the "Paper/Output" tab, selected the larger (Tabloid, 11x17" in my case) paper size, selected 2-Sided Print. Then I select the "Layout/Watermark" tab and clicked the Booklet Layout radio button, chose "Landscape" for the Page Layout Option. Note: I saved these settings as "Tabloid Booklet" by clicking the down-arrow to the right of "Driver Defaults" so that I could select them and not have to dial in every one of the settings whilst experimenting.
