Require a lead from camera to PC ( usb on one end)

Hi you have not given me much information about this . But has I don't know what camera you have . I can only do so much . But you should have a usb lead with the camera and somewhere on the camera there will be a connection to plug the lead into it . Then you should have a software disc load it in the PC and this is the drivers for your camera once you have put in the software , assuming you find the connection ! You plug in the USb end of lead into your PC and click on my computer , your camera should show .if all connections are ok . Click on camera and you will be able to see your photos . Make sure your camera is turned on.

Generally cameras use a standard lead with mini USB at one end for the camera and normal at the other end for the computer. The ends of the lead look like this

If the connection on your camera doesn't look like the smaller of the two connections shown, then it may use a specific cable rather than the above, which without more detail on the camera I cannot help further.

You require a standard USB A-B lead which is available from any computer store. If you have another printer or another device which is connected by a USB lead you may be able to use that lead.

There are several sizes of mini-USB connectors at the camera end of USB leads, but you will be able to find a generic one to fit your camera by doing a search on Amazon. I found many leads compatible with Nikon cameras just by searching "nikon usb lead".

Simply plug the camera to your PC with the USB lead, turn on the camera and then navigate to the camera using "my Computer" from the start menu of your PC. No drivers required.

• Normally you would connect the camera to the pc using a USB lead. To do this your camera should have a mini USB slot somewhere and you would plug the mini USB cable plug in to this, then plug the larger USB end of the cable into one of the USB ports on your PC (USB ports are usually oblong and situated on the back of the PC) , You may need to install some software supplied with the camers to do so.
