Question about Samsung R530 Notebook
Usually removing the internal battery in a laptop does not remove the BIOS password. However I have just done this on the Samsung R530 and it did remove it.
Remove AC power, remove main battery, turn laptop upside down and remove all screws, push up the little tabs at the top of the keyboard to unclip it and remove ribbon cable from motherboard, disconnect the 4 wire speaker plug and then pry open laptop from the front, pop the plastic lugs in the battery bay and remove the top facia.
Remove the small coin battery and hold the power button for 15 seconds making sure you do not have the AC jack or main battery installed.
Reassemble, turn on and you should be able to press F2 to enter setup.
Please thank if I helped.

Disconnect the battery, unplug it, then open it up. There should be a small round battery called the CMOS battery somewhere in there. Pull that out. Then plug your computer in and boot it up without the CMOS battery. It should say password disabled. Turn it off, disconnect it, put it back together, and you're good to go.

Hi! I did both the solution showed above at the same time, I first remove the small coin battery and hold the power button for 15 seconds, then with the battery still removed I pluged my sumsung R530 and boot it up untill I see the Bios screen showing the modifications I did, then shut it up again, reassemble and it's fixed clean and easy thanks to Phillip, Edward and the FixYa Team

Tips for a great answer:
You can reset windows administrator password with Windows built-in administrator account:
1. Log on with the guest account on Vista, then right click computer, and choose Management.
2. Expand Local Users and Groups and Users in the console.
3. Right-click Administrator account and select Properties.
4. On the General tab, clear the Account is Disabled check box.
5. Close the console.
Now the super administrator account is successfully enabled. Next, you can easily reset the forgotten admin password from "Start->Control Panel".
If the above method can not help you, you can use Smartkey Windows Password Recovery to help you to reset the password, and see the detail direction from http://www.recoverlostpassword.com/products/windowspasswordrecovery.html
