Corrupt or missing sound drivers. Compatibility issues with the operating system or other hardware. Speaker related issues. Bad or missing sound card.

You need a fully functioning PC to install an operating system like windows 7. This includes a CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD, motherboard, PSU, and generally a case. Just a motherboard isn't going to cut it.

It would appear that Amptron, the manufacturer of the board, no longer exists, and I can't find any good info on that board. Is it the original board that came with the system? If so provide the make and model of your system and maybe I can come up with something.
