If wireless and BT are on the same card buy a new BT/wireless card This one Desktop 802 11ac Wifi Bluetooth 4 0 Dual band 1300M Wireless AC PCI... Works great. Try to stay away from Intel I had to replace two of them in the last six months. The link above uses Broadcom and works fantastic.

you may have another wireless connection other than your own set as automatic, or more than one connection in your settings of the same name, so right click on your network icon in your task bar or in network connections in device manager and select view all wireless connections, click on it and when all the connections show, highlght, delete all of them, then close the window. Your notebook should now indicate that it found new wireless connections, click on the popup and select your connection name and click connect, at this point you will be asked to enter the passkey if you have security enabled.

lets see here, your NVIDIA thing is for your ethernet port in your computer.
the wireless PCI adapter, is well, a wireless adapter, its used to connect your wireless, and a 1394 Net Adaptor Connection is basically Win2k/XP's way of telling
you that you have a Firewire interface installed in your system.
so, if your going wireless, you dont need NVIDIA, and as your device manager shows that it has a red x on it, it shows that its disabled. as for everything else, i wouldent worry about it.
