Hi
Try taking the pictures off the card, by copying onto your computer first. Then put the card back into the camera and delete the pictures and try again. Not sure, but sounds like the card could be full. Or alternatively use another card that does not have any pictures on it, if you have a spare one.

Regards

IPICS ON SD CARD DO NOT SHOW ON PLAYBACK OLYMPUS 8010

Many cameras will only display pictures taken by that camera (or at least the same model). Also, if a picture has been edited in any way (opening a pic in a photo editor and saving it without making any changes counts as editing) then the camera will not display it.

My dsc-w80 keeps saving all of my pics to the internal memory

Set camera on playback mode, you will see any saved picture in internal memory. Insert memory card and lcd screen will show you either blue screen if memory card has no picture files or will show you picture in memory card. That means memory card is intact with camera and ready to store fresh picture.
Set camera to camera mode and take few fresh pictures and check them in playback mode.
Let me know if you have additional question.
Thanks.

Samsung SL310w Camera last day of holiday and Card error came up, can I retrieve my pics anyway. I had taken about 100 pictures. The card is and Optima SD 2GB which came with the camera. HELP PLEASE - PICS...

Take the card to a store that has a Kodak picture maker kiosk (like Walmart). Your pictures should show up and you can print them or even make a cd. After you do that, format the card in the camera before using it again.

I took some pics on my laptop built in camera last night n tried this morning to save them to my sd card so i could look at them in my digital camera, but even tho they r stored on the card, i know this...

This is because camera will show these pictures with specific file name/ number.  You need to check camera taken picture file name/ number and change uploaded file name/ numbers as camera firmware generate it.  Please change picture file name according to camera taken picture.
let me know if further help required.

Pictures are blur

Hi,

Your pictures are blurry because the camera did not focus properly on the subject.

First, turn on the camera in any picture taking mode (or video mode), then look at the screen or viewfinder. There should be four white corners in the center of the camera display. This is your targeting area.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Aim the camera at your subject so this center area is directly on it.

2. Press the shutter button lightly, not all the way down. Wait for a second or two WITHOUT RELEASING YOUR FINGER. If the white corners turn green, keep the finger on the button and press it all the way.

(Once the screen flashes black, a picture is taken and you can release the finger).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If the targeting area turns red and blinks, then the camera has not focused. You can to try to focus again by following step 1 and 2. If a picture is taken when the targeting area is red, then the picture will be blurry.

If there is no targeting area, then you can still focus by aiming the camera at your subject. Now follow step 2. A green box will appear on the subject, then a sharp picture can be taken.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The red arrow that flashes means that the pictures or videos are being written onto the memory card.

Also, try to be steady when taking pictures, because slight hand movement can cause blurry images too.

Page 25 in the DMC-FZ7's english manual will also explain how to focus.

Panasonic Lumix DMC TZ3

Use your USB cable or a Card Reader. Read your manual to insert Date on pictures. Note date will show on pic and cannot be removed.

Best idea is to downloand you pics asap and change each pic file name to embed date taken in filename, not on the pic itself.

I recomment the San Disk MobileMate SD+ miniature Card Reader for SD and MicroSD card reading. Just a little larger than a Flash Thumb Drive. Saves lugging around a USB camera cable and saves your camera power otherwise needed to power a download via a USB cable. About $15 at RadioShack, Staples, etc retail stores selling cameras.

Can't see new pics

Check that you are still taking picures by connecting to the computer or looking at the memory card elsewhere[through a card reader for example. Want to establish with this a CCD problem or a Firmware problem. Come back

Faulty Memory Card

Sounds like the file allocation table on the card got screwed up. Try Googling Compact Flash Data Recovery. I know you're not using compact flash cards but the techniques for data recovery are pretty much the same regardless of the media. If and when you're able to recover what you can, I wouldn't use that card anymore myself. Good luck!
