Videos require conversion using the Arcsoft software(Green CD) that came with the player. It is set to make videos compatible with playing on the Pilot. Let the program convert the video and put the new video on the player and voila. There ya go.

Hey help me with dowloading videos okai!
Same problem here. I put videos on it and wont recognize them. The few that do get recognized wont play because the player says that it cant read the file or it is not playable.

hey u guys i solved it.. In order to view music videos and movies on your player u must convert them on it. In order to do this u must download "media converter 2" itwill convert any formated things to support the insigia pilot.
I tried converting my videos to mp4 and wmv which is what the website says they support and they still wont show up on the mp3.
