HI,
Go into safemode again and download this link just click on download now to get the latest malwarebytes and run it on your computer then after delete the quarantined files and restart your computer this should make it faster again if tstill the issue is slow then you may have to re-format you windows just to make sure everything runs fine again removing a virus is not that easy depends if it detects the virus, malware or spyware that is slowing your system down.
try Malwarebytes it worked for me an many as I know if it does uninstall it and format everything.

Hold down the ALT key, and press right-hand CAP key press the DELETE key aswell together which resets the Blackberry
Mean while try conecting your Blackberry to computer using data cable and check computer is recognising the device, If not you need to go to service centre
Try this solution. Just follow this step to uninstall and reinstall the USB drivers. I am assuming that you have a Windows OS.
1. click START
2. right click My Computer (an icon of this can also be seen on the desktop)
3. left click Manage
4. Computer Management will appear
5. look for Device Manager and click it
6. on the right panel, you will see Universal Serial Bus controllers
7. expand that by click the plus (+) sign next to that
8. delete everything under that by highlighting each one of it, then on the keyboard, just press delete
9. once finish with everything, just reboot the computer
It sounds like you may benefit from a memory upgrade, RAM is running pretty cheap nowadays. If your windows programs are running good, but, it drags on the Internet try deleting all the junk in your temporary internet files(offline files also), browsing history and cookies. If this doesn't speed things up its quite possible you may have picked up a bug somewhere and its slowing your system down. I know you said all scans are clean, however, some spyware and malware embed themselves into the cpu's BIOS, Registry and even the root of the windows OS. Let's hope its none of these. A lot of antivirus software claim to clean all areas, alas, the don't reach everything. Try some of these suggestions and see if anything works for you. I hope this helps a little.
I wondered wat USB version ya had?
Is it Version One? or Two?, as USB1 is real slow... and MOST things these days need USB2 to function...
As w work around I sometimes use is an after market internal PCI USB 2 card, that gives ya USB 2 & Firewire too if ya want..
