SOURCE: How can I resize a citizen watch with an

If you look carefully on the inner side of expandable bands, there's usually the removable links of the band near one or both ends of the band.
These usually have arrows indicating which direction the locking pin/tab slides to unlock and allow removal.
If you're careful, you can unlock them and remove one or two by using a small screwdriver. A very inexpensive alternative is to find a local watch repair shop and have them resize if for you while you wait. They've got the mini-tools and it's usually very reasonable (around here, there's a couple chain grocery stores that have watch repair kiosks inside..great alternative and cheap).

I PURCHASED AN OSHEN AD 1209 WHICH IS DEFECTIVE CANNOT SET AT ALL WOULD YOU PLEASE REPLACE THIS ONE

This is only a public tech help site. You would have to send the watch to Citizen if it is defective inside of the module. The local watch store will not be able to fix it. Citizen can fix any of their products.

My Citizen WR200 keeps resetting to the year 2016

My Skyhawk AT is showing the wrong date and the year is 2016. How do I correct this?

The factory has discovered a software anomaly in the calendar programming of the integrated circuit that affects some Skyhawk AT and other styles utilizing the U600 movement caliber produced in only 2007 for those watches receiving either the U.S. or Japanese time signals. Those customers receiving the German time signals or have pieces manufactured in other years are not affected. This anomaly results in the calendar displaying dates from 2016 even though the year is 2010. Rest assured no other production series, feature, function, aesthetic portion or other Skyhawk series timepiece is affected.
If your 2007 production Skhyawk AT shows the year 2016, we are ask you to send the watch for updating.
Once your watch receives the software update, there will be a small dot punched on your caseback in front of the serial number. Our goal is to have your watch returned to you in two weeks once it is received by us.
If you are located in the United States, please email us the following information so that we may arrange a prepaid shipping label with UPS for you:([email protected]):
Your Name
Company (if you are going to return from your place of work)
Address (don't forget any apartment or suite number)
City, State, Zip Code
Telephone number
Email address
If you prefer, you may also call us at 800 321 1023 x4234 with the information. Do be aware that our telephones may be very busy so hold times could be longer than we would like.
Once the label is arranged, you will receive an email from UPS with instructions on sending your watch. Be sure to pack the watch securely in a sturdy box (do not send the original packaging or materials), tape the label to the box and submit the package to one of the many UPS drop off locations throughout the United States. If you are located outside the U.S, please contact your nearest service center for direction.
We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If the movement is broken, you can play around yourself; but you will need very fine tools. May be complex. Send an email to Citizen, they are very supportive. Look for detail tech manuals for all types here: http://www.citizenwatch.com/downloads/tech/tech.htm
