Re-format? can't open my fone...i didn't notice that my sister put her MOTOROLA fone beside mine..after an hour my fone shut down and i cant use it... hey, i use K550i and just this mng my phone gt viruses?i dwnldd smethng last nite bt it was working properly after tht?.just ths mng it stopped wrkng ?. wen i try to start it, nothing cmes up except flashes of white lite???.wat do i do???pls help?.also ,i formatted my pc?.so i?ve been havng problms in installing the phone to my pc?..it doesnt detects phone wen i connect it wid pc??.i?d be very grateful if u cud help??????thx i coneccted my phone with PC and i cant access the games and application. whenever i tried to access it, the msg 'operation failed' comes out. please help

Hi! plug ur phone to ur pc and and check if you have run out of space. you could also check on your phone but if you have a problem with your phone the free space may be incorect. you could also back up your data to ur pc and format the phone memory and see if that helps.
