Hi.
The problem is due to an issue with Windows Mobile 6. Try updating Windows mobile on the parrot. Eventually install the latest 6.xx release. If that does not help try updating the Blackberry OS. Also upgrade the parrot firmware.
Before that you can also try upgrading the Parrot's firmware with the laptop through bluetooth connection while in the car. Some user reported that this method may fix several problems affecting bluetooth connection between BB and Parrot.
The first
time that you switch on the 3200 LS-Color, you must pair your mobile phone
with the kit.
1.Enable the
Bluetooth mode on your phone.
2.On the
hands-free kit, scroll through the menus until you come to Settings Pair with
phone and select the relevant option for your phone. A 4-digit PIN code then
appears on screen. Memorize it.
3.Then from
mobile serach the 3200 LS-Color device
Once the
search has finished, "Parrot 3200LS / Parrot 3400LS" is displayed on
your phone.
4.Select the
kit. Your phone prompts you to enter a code: key in the code shown on the
kit screen and confirm on your phone.
5.The kit's
screen displays "Pairing".
6.Once the
data has been exchanged, "pairing successful" appears on the 3200
LS-Color.
Thank You
