The view screen got dented by my car keys when i put my camcorder in my pocket. i forgot my keys were in there. sat down for a while n when i did, the keys jabbed my screen. now i cant see anything but lines. still records, but i cant view or see anything. You most likely have cracked the LCD of the screen and will need to replace it.

Press CTRL + ALT + Down Arrow Key It will Work if Not then Righ Click on Desktop Screen -> Graphic Properties -> Hot Keys ->Uncheck or Check the option it would be done

Yes i agree with you the bat could be disengaging from the Bat contacts but I want you to get a new housing for the phone sometimes the back cover can be loose as in when u place it hard on the table or pocket it loosens .

I would say just the screen. You may have to bend the metal a little on the edges if needed.
