There are a number of fuses that cover tow features. Cruise Control has a number of items that control it. you probably need an auto electrician to diagnose and fix. Ideas in the link though.
The Passenger Compartment (steering wheel) box does 2002 to 2007 according to these. HOWEVER, although the same layout, so do different things depending on the year like this one.
Engine size? I'm guessing 5.8. Heavy duty or light duty? I'm guessing light duty. Here is a diagram for the above mentioned. You need to be more specific when looking for diagrams. If a different engine, let me know and I will provide the diagram
If It's the same as the F350's then I think it's the fuel heater. On the 7.3 PSD the fuel heater is in the fuel bowl. I can't remember right now which one it is but I think it's in the back near the bottom.
