Hi, what makes your callers not to hear when you call is because the mouthpiece that is located at the lower end of the phone where when you talk people can hear you is bad.and will need to be replaced.
problem can be solved. When some body calls and you hear them and when you talk they do not hear you, that means the mouthpiece of the phone is faulty and it needs a replacement.
The mouthpiece is a small mic in which people you call can hear you when you talk to them and it is at the down part of the phone.
When you replace the mouthpiece people will start hearing you when you talk.
Set up the callers in your contacts. You must have the area code for the name to show up. You must dial the area code for the name to show up when dialing out.
