Unlocking Logik TV set

My television screen is now displaying a padlock and no longer show any pictures. The TV type is Logik 74cm.

    The set just locked when were watching tele and it does not respond to the remote. it will only switch of and on and thats it.

If you have child lock on a logic tv. On your remote the bottom where the button is music / sound. Hold in for 5 minutes and the lock will come off

I have an analogue 74cm Logik color TV and the screen is blue. I've tried auto programming & manual programming the channels, I also tried replacing antenna cable, replacing antenna box, replacing the...
None of the things you mention are anything to do with the screen being blue if it's a crt set (it must be if it has a Lop-t), in fact why would you change any of them? Maybe you have been ripped off. The problem is the tube colour drives or grids voltages are wrong or the tube has aged. If the tube is Ok it might need $20-30 in parts plus labour.
It's probably not economical to repair unless you can find a reasonable repair man with a scope and manual. I'd be inclined to put the repair money towards a cheap flat screen set
