Hi nena,

The hf7 model is not made to fit the 431 series.

I believe I can find the filter and instructions for you if you give me the entire model number.
The 431 series include several models.

Have model UH70085 and went to hoover.com and they had no replacement for the very thin belt that turns the roller I brought the belt number stamped on it to home depot and they could not help. Can you?...

See if you can find a generic brand. Had the same problem with mine but found one at kmart that worked. Or try finding it on the internet.

A Russell Hobbs 10661 is an espresso maker - not aware of a Vacuum cleaner with that model number . Are you SURE you have the model number correct?

Sorry, the user manual isn't available online. This is a JC Penney own brand product and there is no customer service number available either. Take it back to JC Penney and demand one with instructions. It's brand new - you shouldn't have to hunt down the instructions.

Who makes Heritage Ceiling fans?

unfortunatly there are many manufactures that have a "heritage" model fan ... like casablanca, minka aire, concord and emerson ... even Kmart sells a fan called Heritage (not a bad fan) ... of the above, casablanca has a high end model called "heritage" and that name is likely the domanant brand .. if you can find a model number then it can be isolated better ... .

We used chocolate muffin mix from supermarket and cooked for 10 minutes.

I too have this kmart muffin maker and im pretty sure they have forgotton to add the instructions because we have the instruction manual though it only has the safety instructions. No wonder it cost 9 dollars

Got 1 of these 4 christmas 2011 & still no hint of recipe ideas or time taken 2 cook! I've just been buying muffin mix or use cheap cake mix & keeping an eye on them, approx 10min, kidz can't get enough of them, beats heating a whole oven up!

The muffins have turned out perfect. Had to throw the first batch away due to the smell of the teflon - but the rest taste great.
