Car starts then stalls I have installed a Pretige remote car starter on My 2005 Cadillac Escalade EXT. I have the bypass installed with the key in it. The truck starts then stalls. Any answers?

system...

Other than lost or damaged keys
the "coil" in your steering column would be a great place to
look for trouble... I am going to pull up a part to show you the ease... (eBay & AMAZON work equally well)...

The remote start is tied to the Lift Hatch. Your vehicle was likely not locked, so when you double clicked the lift hatch, it did what it is supposed to do and opened the hatch. If that is not the case, take it to a remote / alarm installer to check the programming.

This sounds to me like the antitheft security system. If the computer doesn't read the transponder frequency coming from the key, it goes into anti theft and shuts down the starter and/or the injectors. If it starts for 1 to 5 seconds and then shuts down, its probably this. Read up about this on this link, it gives you symptoms and causes, plus a "do it yourself" solution if you decide that this is the problem. i guess you mean p0930 obdii code... that is gear shift lock selenoid circuit problem....when press on brake does gear shifter move freely.. anyway reset and see if returns... if problem with gear shift try replacing selenoid
