I have a tmobile motorola cliq and my fone sAYS NO NETWORK CONNECTION AND EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY AND DIS IS THE SECOND SIM I GOT I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE PLEASE HELP ME...

Call T-Mobile at 877-453-1304 and request the unlock code for your CLIQ from a customer service representative.

2 Slide your CLIQ's battery cover away from the camera lens and off of the phone, and then lift the battery out of the battery compartment and set it aside.

3 Slide the T-Mobile SIM card out from under the metal band holding it in place, and then place a SIM card from another carrier in its slot.

4 Replace your CLIQ's battery, and then hold down the "Power" button on the right side of the phone to turn it on. Your CLIQ will prompt you to enter a special code.

5 Type your unlock code using the number keys on your CLIQ's touch-screen or slide-out keyboard.

Motorola Cliq Unlocking Instructions

Warning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Motorola Cliq mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your Motorola Cliq mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.

1 - Switch ON your Motorola Cliq with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card,
2 - Phone will display "Enter Special Code",
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code.

NOT ACCEPTED: We mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Motorola Cliq is locked to.

It's because you or somebody already entered too many wrong codes, you just have to leave the Motorola Cliq ON with the errors message and after 40 minutes to 2 hours the message "Enter Code Special" will appear again!

I am on T-mobile as well. My first Cliq had the exact same problem. I called T-mobile, and they sent me a new one with a return shipping sticker at no cost to me.

This happened only once to me, and that was back in dec... I think it could have been due to tmobile network maintenance. Hasn't happened since. You may have a bad sim card as well. Try taking your cliq to your local tmoblie.

I work at the T-Mobile Corporate store, ive seen this many times with customers. What happened is that your contacts are stored onto your old phones memory because that's the default save location. You can take it to the nearest Tmobile store and they will move the contacts from your old phone to your sim card then to your cliq.
