This is the Power code problem error. You have to re install your Cyberlink Power DVD suite.

If you are on a Windows OS platform,
Here are some free Players eg. VLC Player, MPStar Player or Windows Media Player 11.
Download the codec package and install either "K-Lite Codec Pack or K-Lite Mega Codec Pack" from http://www.free-codecs.com/index.htm. With these you should be able to play most of the Audio and Video formats.

This error message can be caused because you do not have an audio output device such as headphones or loud speakers connected.

check first if the drive is ok in my computer,device manager,if it's ok the check the drive itselt if it's running properly.

I would un install it and re install it and try again also trying VLC or windows media player classic
