So you never had it running yet? Or did you ? Can you turn the motor by turning the flywheel ? If not it is seized and you need to heat up the motor to turn the engine again. Leave it at BDC ( bottom dead center) when you turn it off.

I have a Jato 2.4 from traxxas and i cant get it to start and i charged my battery all night

you need to pull the glow plug out and see if its good visually; look at the coil in the hole in the bottom it should look like a spring unbroken. If you have a glow stick put it on the plug and see if it glows. If you can just replace the glow plug they go bad and it may still look fine.
you need to set your main carb needle to 3 turns out from closed.

Now with the glow plug out place a clean rag over the cylinder head where the plug came out of and use you starting wand to turn the motor over........the rag is there to keep fuel from spraying in your eyes. turn the motor for 5 seconds.

Next put the plug back in and gently tighten it down with an 8mm socket. Put your plug wire back on and try to start the engine for 3 seconds. If it starts up reves high then dies try this.
Put your finger over the exhaust and turn the motor over until you see gas go into the carb the remove your finger from the exhaust and continue to crank the motor for no more than 10 seconds.....she should start now. Adjust the carb according to the manual. Have fun.

3.3 revo hard to start after started it will not idle and when it dies it does not want to restart. This did not happen until I drve it thru alot of wet grass last year

Hi
2 stroke engines are very simple. If there's fuel (under pressure) and a spark it will run. Check the glow plug by trying to start it with glow plug removed but still connected and touching the engine body. If the little center wire glows bright red, then it's OK. Only do this for a second or so. If the plug is OK then it has to be a fuel problem. Traxxas has a long history of cracked gas tanks. Good luck

My revo is getting fuel light on start remote are on both motor and glow plug engine will just turn over but will not start up

Hi
You've checked the glow plug externally to see the wire get red? If so, as long as you've got fuel and fire then it has to start. My guess here is that you have either a bad glow plug, low batteries, fuel air leak or clogged pressure line. Put a charged battery into the starter. Remove the glow plug and try to start - fuel should spurt up through the glow plug opening. Now connect the glow plug and touch it to the engine. Try to start and you should see the glow plug wire glow red. (do this only for a second. Now disconnect the pressure tap from the muffler and try to start. All else fails, replace the fuel line to the carb and the pressure tap. Your carburetor can leak air through the rubber gasket . Also, Traxxas fuel tanks have a cracking problem. Good luck

I have a revo 3.3 nitro and im having problems starting it im am indoors about 70 and im flooding the engine i go through the steps for a flooded engine but the easy start won't turn i let it cool...

i'm new to revos two but i just bought a couple and had the same problem with one of them, make sure your glow plug is ok or just replace it and adjust your high speed needle, i'm in oregon i had to richen mine about 1/4 turn. i also noticed both of the models i got were set differently from the factory. there's info on traxxas website on where the factory needle settings should be.

The glow plug could be bad. If the motor turns over and is getting fuel I would replace the glow plug.
