Question about Garmin nuvi 1450 GPS Receiver
This is an anti-theft feature. To overcome the requirement to key in the pin code, you must go to the exact location where the pin code was entered, and the GPS will activate without keying the pin code in.
It means you need to know this location or alternatively you have to contact that person to get the pin code from him.
