Hi i have a dyno glo pro heater model number RMC-KFA170TDGP it worked great last year this year its been nothing but a pain flames shoot out the front by times sounds like its getting to much air but the pressure gauge it correct with the spec's the it will run fine for a bit then shut off with error code E1 which means fuel tank empty, photocell problem, abnormal conbustion or ignition failure im lost on this also you can smell gas fumes bad when it running like its burning to rich or something.

Did you try cleaning the lens of the photocell, they git dirty from smoke ver time which regulates the flame or replace the nozzle, sounds like it could be getting plugged up? usually any heating store would have a nozzle for a couple bucks if you get the number off it. the nozzle is right where it comes out and they are common to plug up at times with wear

I have a dyna glo pro rmc-kfa170tdgp heater. its 3 yrs old and is used ea. winter. its stored and still looks new. we started the heater and ran it until it was empty. we refilled it and now it wont...

This is only a guess but how about putting a drop of light house hold oil on the top of the fuel tank then screwing it on. If I were to guess and I certainly am I am guessing that the fuel valve is stuck, just like my fork trucks do in the winter. Try this and if you can some how let me know if this worked for you.Curious as to out come. Good luck

Filters for dyna-glo pro

You can make your own filters out of felt and I have also found that with some minor modifications most of the parts from Mr. Heater will work with Dyna Glo. I have a 170btu kerosene heater and just installed an ignition, a high limit control and a flame sensor from Mr. Heater and it works like new.

Glo-Warm Wall Gas Wall-heater parts...

We had a problem keeping the pilot light to stay on, and this site recommended that it could possibly be the thermocoupler that was causing our problems also. We ordered the thermocouple, put it on,hooked it back up and it worked great! Thank you so much.
