Everytime i try to access yahoo messenger, an error message "Cannot load resource DLL" appears. How can I get into YM without seeing this message again?

Uninstall YM 9

Install Yahoo! Messenger 10 instead by this link:

http://rd.software.yahoo.com/msgr/10/msgr10us.exe


When prompted, save the .exe file to your desktop. Then double click the Yahoo! Messenger 10 file on your desktop to begin installation.

2) In the Start Menu click on Run. Type, without the quotes, "regsvr32 jscript.dll" and then click OK. Next, repeat the process but this time type in the Run box "regsvr32 vbscript.dll" and click OK. the .dll file is all very important file uninstall the yahoo messenger & install it again it will fix it..

this is registry error, uninstall ym and then run reginout cleaner and restart pc and then install ym it will work

there is a possibility that your firewall or anti virus is blocking it. also check your system for any spywares or viruses. Operating System ?

I think some yahoo messenger files are corrupted from your program files so you need to Re-install the yahoo messenger Just install the new version of the messenger http://messenger.yahoo.com/download/

I have the same problem with this error and I have uninstalled and reinstalled a dozen or so times. Plus I have even tried to run a registry cleaner as well and a virus scan and I still come up with the same problem. What do I do to solve this problem??

1. First restart your computer, then try dowloading ym from offline source e.g www.filehippo.com. It will work.
2.If not then restart computer in safe mode (Press F8 at the time of boot). then try installing ym.
3.lastly, download C-Cleaner , clear registery and try to install ym

The error message indicates your operating system is not able to load one of the files required for Yahoo messenger to work.

To make sure Yahoo messenger is installed properly, download the installation files and save them to your desktop.

Once you have the installation file...
