Hi, If you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....
If you lock your phone again some time in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. CHEERS..

Step 3 Advise the customer care agent you need a PUK code. The agent will generate a new PUK code and give it to you over the phone.

Step 4
Enter the PUK code into the phone to unlock it.

Warning When the phone switches from asking for a PIN to asking for a PUK, stop entering codes. If you enter the PUK code wrong too many times, the PUK will lock permanently and you will need to buy a new SIM card

How to Unlock the PUK Code on Mobile Phone If Locked

PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. most phones have two locks a sim lock( locks your sim card) and a phone lock. the puk or puk error is from incorrectlly entering the sim unlock too many times, this happens alot even to me! lol! to get the unlock code you'll need to call straight talk and they will give you the code and the steps to unlock it. its super easy and free!!!!

A PUK code is a "Pin unlock code" it is used in mobile phones. This code unlocks the SIM card to allow access to your mobile phone. If you enter this code incorrectly several times, then the SIM card will be locked permanently and you will need to purchase another SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
The PUK code is with the documentation that came with your SIM card, if you no longer have the documentation, then you need to contact your phone service provider and ask them for the PUK code.

Do not worry about anything. You can easily obtain the PUK code without any charge, from your service provider by calling on Customer care number.
PUK is PIN Unlocking Code. When you enter a wrong PIN for 3 times the SIM gets locked and asks for a PUK code. Once you get the PUK code from your service provider you can create a new PIN for the SIM card.

Please note that if you Enter a Wrong PUK 10 times your SIM card will be corrupt and you will not be able to use it. So please do not try to guess the PUK.
PUK code cannot be generated by any software. Only your service provide can give you the PUK code for your SIM.
