First of all you need to identify whether your LCD screen is bad or not. You can do this by shooting a picture and downloading it to your PC. If the picture is ok, then your LCD is bad. You need to replace the LCD screen. It is not cheap to replace it.
If your camera is under warranty, try to get it fixed on warranty terms.
A cheaper way, but time consuming. Try to replace the LCD yourself. Remember that you are doing it on your own risk. Warranty becomes void once you open the camera.

If you think you can do it, then buy a jewellers screwdriver set for $1 from Dollar store. Bua a used camera (a similar one sold for parts, but with good LCD) through ebay.com. You have to look for it. You may be able to get it very cheap, may be under $15. Remove the casing on the camera (5-6 screws). Carefully and gently remove the casing, dont break it. Once you open it, usually LCD is immediately accessible.
