I had a ringback tone I put on my Samsung Eternity II, but I switched to an HTC inspire and the ringback showed up on the HTC and I don't know how to change it. Checked the manual and there is nothing on...

Call the provider (Dialing 611 from the phone is a simple way to reach them) and tell them you no longer want the ring back tone and they will be able to change it. The ringback tone is associated with the number, not the device.

I can't remember how to change the tone/sound when receiving texts or phone calls on my Motorola W375. I'm stuck with "tangy" and "moving train" at the moment! Thanks

Go to> Menu > Setting > Tone or Sound Setting
or if you have a User's Guide manual of Motorola W375 you easily find for that problem..

Donloading polytonic ringtone in motorola w375

Well go to a site that has a polyphonic download link because you are not going to find a mp3 that is lower than 1.5MB if you can then you have got yourself an mp3. i recommend www.waptrick.com for ring tones but go to this site using your mobile phone.

MESSAGE RINGTONE

You may change your message ringtone directly from file manager. Go to ringtone file you want to select, then select sent to option there is a tab "as message tone" select it. And it will be so.
