SOURCE: my glow bouy won't hold a charge.

According to the owner's manual that I have for this swimming pool light (troubleshooting section), a blinking red light is definately a charging issue. The manual recommends that you unplug and replug in the light several times. If the flashing continues, they recommend that the batteries need to be replaced. Unfortunately, you cannot replace the batteries yourself. They specifically state that you cannot open the housing yourself. If you did, you would risk electrocuting yourself AND void any warranties that you have. You will have to take it into the retailer that you got it from or an autorized pool supply/repair shop or replace the whole light.

SOURCE: I need a new bulb for my glow buoy pool light!

The Glow Buoy swimming pool lights were designed so that the bulbs can only be replaced by a licensed pool supply store. If you open the light yourself, you will void any warrantly and risk breaking the unit. Becuase of this, they don't sell the exact bulbs that you need unless a pro is installing them.

I need to purchase/order a new plug in device for the glow buoy

You might want to check with backyardcity.com. I know that they sell an assortment of swimming pool lights. If they don't carry the charger, they can probably direct you to the manufacturer. If you have a number to the manufacturer, you might want to contact them directly. Also, a local pool store might carry them.

Have lost charger or the 2 prong adapter. Not sure as we have a 16 volt charger with single prong that may be for our light. Need to know what voltage required for the light to be sure.

According to the instruction manual for these swimming pool lights, the charger specifications are the following:

USA and CANADA: 14 VAC,1.5A UL/CSA-approved wall plug
adapter and charger

AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND: 240VAC 50Hz/14VAC 1.5A wall
plug adapter and charger

EU: 220-240VAC 50Hz/14VAC 1.5A CE-approved wall plug
adapter and charger

SOUTH AFRICA: 220-240VAC 50Hz/14VAC 1.5A wall plug
adapter and charger

UK: 240VAC 50Hz/14VAC 1.5A CE-approved wall plug adapter
and charger

Lost my charger too!

You can purchase a new charger for these swimming pool lights from the manufacturer or the retailer from which you purchased the product. They recommend that you do not use after market chargers not designed for this product. Their website is listed as www.cantar.com and the contact number listed on my warranty information is 800-448-2343

The electrical plug for recharging is misplaced. can i purchase a replacement?

You should be able to purchase a replacement charger for this swimming pool light from the manufacturer or from the retailer that you purchased the light from. I would not recommend using an after market charger. You can contact the manufaturer via their website www.cantar.com or call them at 1-800-448-2343. This is the info listed on my warranty.
