I335 want to change from boost to nextel. what to do?

Call Nextel and have them activate that phone to your account.

Nextel, Sprint, and Boost are the same company.

Nextel is the iden network,
Sprint is the CDMA network
and Boost is the prepaid network. But their owned by Sprint

Yes you can use it, but, you need a boost sim card.  Nextel phones work fine on Boost (same network) but you need a boost sim.  You can get them cheaply on ebay, often with the $5 dollar credit for under $10.00.  Otherwise go to a local phone store and get a boost starter kit.  They are made so you can start service with a boost or nextel phone.

if you want to use your phone on a service like t-mobile or cingular, it wont work, you can only unlock it for iden, like boost mobile, nextel.

contact your mobile provider and have them tell you where to enter your service center number.

i dont get service at my home but my sister who also has a boost phone gets service. i have a i335 and she has a white phone she paid 29.99 for. i called boost and they told me that i have to try to see if it is the phone or sim card. how can i check to see if there is something set up wrong or if the transmitter needs to be changed?

You may have something similar to this... I live in Mexico so if I enter in nextel webpage, i'm abel to send text messages and include attachments. This way i can send to my phone ringtones or images. I've just tried images and I was only able to view them if they were 130 x 130 pix, however i wasn't able to use the images as wallpapers. Haven't tried audio files yet.

if it says sim pin blocked you will need another sim card, go on ebay and get a 5.00 starter kit with IMEI for like 4.50

you'll need to take it to a store that has raptor pro or iden pro. These programs can unlock the phone, but there is no one code that works.
