How to unblock freecell

Could give a little more info what kind of an account? Did it account lock you out after youmtried login to many time without the correct information

To unblock someone:

1. Click the lock in the upper-right corner of your homepage and select How do I stop someone from bothering me?
2. Click View All Blocked Users.
3. Click Unblock next to the name of the person you want to unblock.

This question is very broad but if you are finding blocked domains it is usually due to DNS black listing and a proxy server. or just a proxy server. If you have access to the proxy server you can remove the domains from the deny list but if you don't you might be able to contact your IT administrator and request them to be unblocked.

I am assuming that you are accessing the internet in a public location with a network connection that isn't yours or you are trying to access United States content from a foreign country.

If Youtube access is blocked at the server, then the administrator has to unblock it. If it's a public computer say at a library or an organization's computer, then the administrator has the right to block or unblock certain content as he or she likes.

Either unblock this person or make a new account. If you didnt mean to block him, then unblock him and add him again, but once you block someone or someone blocks you, neither of you have access to any of their information, even when searching for them.
