You need a software. download software nokia pc swite or ovi swite in your pc. And connect 5130 in your pc. Go to pc suite or ovi swite software. Then open the software. You see your phone model in this software, click your phone and you will see connect to the internet? Click to the internet option. Your pc are connect to internet using mobile.

For this you need to scan your handset and memory from a updated antivirus
if problem persists you need to flash your phone

To flash you need *USB cable compatible with your handset *A Computer *PC suite of your handset *Internet connection(Min speed 1Mbps)

To flash *Install the PC suite *Connect to USB *Open the PC suit *Select UPDATE PHONE SOFTWARE(dowload the Nokkia Software updater by selecting this option) *Install the "NOKIA Software Updater" *Select Update**....(It takes 10-30 Mins)

just go to the link that i have provided here and download the PC suite software for your phone model.
install that software in your system.
connect the mobile to the PC using data cable.
when connecting the phone will ask the connectivity option.there you need to choose PC suite.
open the PC SUITE.there you will find the install application in your phone option.
you select that option and install the software application in your phone.

If You have a software in your PC and you want it to move to your mobile follow these steps:
