with need for speed and any other game that is heavy on graphic is all about graphics card. it's not enough to have a good CPU and plenty of ram - you need to have a good GPU too and a fast HDD/SSD. i'd suggest to upgrade your GPU and RAM
Check in BIOS to see if your motherboard supports IDE emulation mode. If it does turn it on and XP will install just fine.
Download and read about using nlite to incorporate sata drivers into an Windows XP installation disc. (You will need another working computer. Download nlite and insert the XP disc run nlite and select your CD as your windows install file location. Download generic sata drivers, intel has a bunch you can get for free. In the nlite menu to add drivers select folder option and select the folder with the drivers. Set anything else you want in nlite and burn the new XP disc. This disc will install just fine as it now has sata drivers.

Hi aligmatos, it is suggested that you use a 24-pin main power connector if you are going to fill up the motherboard & use a PCI-Express graphics card & Dual-Core Pentium CPU. The power supply should not be less than a 450W for this board, 550W would be better. You can use a 20-pin main connector but its not suggested. Make sure you connect the 4-pin 12V power connector. Your motherboard should still function with a 20-pin main power connector. Again I would not suggest it.

I formatted my hard drive and reinstall windows xp but no sound comes from speakers I tried to install audio drivers from the motherboard CD "foxconn" but PCI driver can not be installed what should i do?
I would agree that 50% of the time you may get away with putting a working Hd with windows on it to run when changed to another board. When you change your motherboard, there are certain entries in the system registry that are looking for the components of the old motherboard. If the registry does not find these components, the system can become unstable.
The fact that you got windows to some what start is a good sign for the Hd. Try setting the CD as first boot device & have your windows XP in the drive. Do a format & install. I'm sure windows will install. Since you have three boards all the same you will only have to do this once. Foxconn warrants all Mb for life. You can always call at 580-272-0035
