What do i do when my mobile;s puk is blocked and the handset does not have a line and i cant call sos but can i go online and try to solve the problem

if your mobile block that means its ask about PUK ( personal unblocking number) so don't panic just call to your network service provider custmer care and ask for puk. he will give you a puk. after received puk enter in cellphone and start using service!

It is important to differentiate between unblocking phones (using a PUK) and unlocking mobile phones (using another type of code). If your phone has become blocked by mistake, for example you have entered the PIN incorrectly on three consecutive occasions, then you need to contact the mobile phone network operator with your details. To explain a little more, specific to your mobile phone network, You need to go to your Service providers, web site & navigate your way to the specific PUK details for your mobile phone network operator. Usually you have to Register your phone to get a PUK code.

see....note down your sim card number which is on the back of your sim.then from other phone call your customer care..and tell your sim number they will tell you the puck code now enter the puk code and your sim will start working...

if pin (3 attempts) blocked it asks for PUK- this is u can get from network operator just by a call or through IVRS.

if PUK (10 attempts) blocked (call SOS appears). the sim cant be used any more. contact the nework operators shop, handover ur sim so that you get a new sim with same mobile no. this costs Re. 112 to 150

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

1. Look On The pack which the SIM CARD CAME IN.
2. On it there should be a code called puk.
3. Enter it into your phone.
4. Also on the pach should be a PIN NUMBER enter that twice.
