Problem with bluetooth

many mobile phone companies dont provide drivers for linux.

But there is a software i would personaly recommend to you. Actually its not a software, its a shell script.
Name of software is "Sakis3g". It can connect to mobile phones and other mobile devices which can be detected by linux kernel. You can use IR, Bluetooth, even USB cable to connect to your device.

You can use this software for the following

connect to mobile devices by IR, bluetooth, USB Cable

1. Send and receive files between computer and device

   Access Internet from Device by Dial Up Networking
   
   
3. Browse files on Mobile device
   
   
4. Mount the mobile device on a user specified mount point or communication port.
   usually it mounts connected mobile device to /dev/rfcomm0. Through this port, you can communicate with the device .
   

Connect to USB Modem (Like Reliance DataConnect, TATA Photon, IDEA Netsetter etc.)

1. ability to connect to any locked/unlocked USB internet Modems (Zero Devices)
   
   
2. fully automated connection setup. No manual input is needed except to specify connection name.

try an antivirus called net protector . load net protector on your main pc, use a cable to connect your mobile to pc using a compatible software for data transfer.

mobile will get detected in the antivirus software,SCAN YOUR MOBILE may be u are lucky to get blue tooth woking , if the file has come through blue tooth netwoking , pushed by some one when blue tooth was on some time. OTHER WISE do a factory reset and save all data first.
if this too fails then the blue tooth hardware/software has to be rectified.

try pairing with other devices. sometimes pairing is essential for connection

this is a common problem with the x820, as it is so thin and bends slightly. the bluetooth component is underneath the thin LCD screen, so over time it has a tendency break.

The only solution is to actually get that component fixed, or just to live without bluetooth.

unplug the phone from the usb cable and plug it in again whilst the pc studio is open. Mine does it all the time.
