On most recent Sharp microwaves, the fuse only interrupts main power, so if the fuse is blown, it will be totally dead.
The
first thing I would suggest is a hard
reset. Unplug the unit for a
minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
If that doesn't work,
leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes then try it.
Then chances are you have a failed microwave display. Unless this is an over the range, touch screen, or convection type, it's probably not worth repair, but you can get more information on such repairs here.

Hi ssullivan013 - Here are some generics instructions that I found for the model number posted above. Hope the information is helpful.
Suppose you want to enter the correct time of day 12:30 (A.M or P.M.).
1. Touch Clock pad.
2. Enter time 1,2,3,0 and press CLOCK pad again
This is a 12 hour clock. If you attempt to enter an incorrect clock timer, ERROR will appear in the display. Touch the CLEAR/OFF pad and re-enter the time.
