You'll need to enter the bios menu. As soon as you hear a single beep press the Delete key on you're keyboard. See the top of page 27.
Open Advanced Chipset Features than find and open
VIA OnChip PCI Device, Page 39
Set VIA-3058 AC97 Audio to [Enable]. Save you're changes and exit the bios. When your system restarts you should have audio.

I once had a ATX mother board, and a laptop that would not start, and i had a blank screen, i pulled out the ram memory sticks, and the computer booted up fine, its usually a sign that you have faulty memory sticks..... or one of the memory sticks is faulty.......or placed in the wrong place, or it could be that you probably have two hard drives set as master, usually one of them is set as slave, and one set as master..... not both, im betting its your memory cards, or one of your RAM cards are faulty.....
