Lights in oven are special, but are readily available at Home Depot or Lowes. You need to remove the old bulb, take it with you, and you will be looking for a utility bulb. The bulb usually has a heavy glass dome over it, held in place by a spring clip
If the fan is working o/k, and the temperature light is on, then you need to fit a new oven element, usually located at rear of oven, behind a removeable panel
Hope this helps solve your prob..
Normally they are held on with metal clips at each corner, just pull the seal back and unhook the clips to remove the seal..
Re fit by hooking the clips into the holes in the front of the oven, you will probably have to stretch the seal to get it to fit with it being new.
