The driver for zebra p310 in Windows 7 is no existent

Install the windows xp Virtual machine on your window 7 machine it is free and will run the printer I am running like this at the moment

Looking for 64 bit driver for an Eltron P420

Hello, Jim.

There is no Vista or Windows 7 driver on the Zebra website for your printer. There is only a driver for Windows XP through Windows 98.

Apparently, Zebra didn't create more current drivers.

The only software you need for the LP2443 is the driver from http://www.seagullscientific.com/aspx/thermal_printer_list.aspx#Zebra

Install this driver, then you can use any windows application that uses win drivers.

Or you can download Zebra designer software to design labels from
http://www.zebra.com/id/zebra/na/en/index/products/software/label_design_software/zebradesignerpro/zebradesigner.html

We are transferring our data files to a new pc and will like to know whether we need to install a software to work with our TLP2742. If so, is there an online downloadable software?

You can download the correct driver for this printer for all Windows Operating Systems from the following Zebra Support link

http://www.zebra.com/id/zebra/na/en/index/drivers_downloads/drivers/results.html?productType=7

Select the Zebra Universal Driver v5.5.7.25 as the printer driver. This covers around 50 different models but includes the TLP2742.

You can also download the designer and setup software as they should also work with the TLP2742

AEltron Orion LP2443 driver hunt. Any updates?

I have always downloaded them from their website at zebra.com. Never ran into one that I couldn't find. If you know where it was purchased from they might be of help.

Hi I solve this problem with a program called CardFive this program provides several drivers inside when you install it in Windows 7. I install CardFive 6.3. Note. this program don´t install a printer driver in Devices and Printers in Windows 7, only provides you a interface to print cards with your Eltron p310 and you can choose other printer models discontinued. My printer interface is parallel and works in Windows 7 With CardFive 6.3 pro.
