The damage is in the lens housing, which includes a tiny motor that controls focus, if the gears are not operating properly or jamming this will produce blurry images making it impossible to take crystal clear pictures, and on top of that the alignment is more than likely out causing more complexity to the problem. The only option is have a camera technician quickly look at it to see if it might be salvageable.

My cannon power shotA4000IS suddenly stop showing/focused pictures the scree show a blurred image of photo taken?

If you are convinced you did not switch the camera to manual settings, and the blur stays, please contact the nearest Canon certified service centre close to you. But before check the settings on the camera and start putting it on automatic.

Camera constantly takes blurred pictures

Appears that the auto focus mechanism is not working, This anomaly is most obvious in lower light situations when focusing is much more critical.

If the camera was new and two months old I would either return it for another one or have Nikon repair the lens assembly under the terms of its warranty.

1.check your lens camera is clean and clear.

You have to choices, auto and scene.
What happen when you choose scene mode?
2. test change your image quality to normal. you can go to menu even in shooting mode.
3.change image to normal and back to shooting mode and try again

It is same ?blur?

4.if still blur, try go to menu mode again, at left side you can find BSS.
5 IF BSS is off.. change it on. if it is on, change it off.
6.go to shooting mode again.

that all. good luck and rate me..tq

LCD screen not sharp / focusing when taking pictures

This camera is ancient by today's standards, at least 8 years old.

Your focus problem is that the back display is very low resolution, so it will never show a sharp image. 9MP should give a decent image when you view it on a computer. If not, you probably need to part with the camera. it is not worth much these days anyway.

Blurred Images with Olympus E520

When operating any digital camera, the camera tries to capture the best focus and exposure for that particular scene. By pressing the shutter button half-way down, the focus and exposure is being set. There will be a green circle on the upper left hand corner of the screen, then your camera is ready to take the picture. Slowly depress the shutter the rest of the way down to take the picture.

Sharp photos on camera but very blurred when downloaded

Two things:

1.Digital cameras do not do well in low light, unless you want to spend $750 and carry around a bulky camera. The smaller and thinner the digital camera, the less you can expect high IQ(Image Quality) in certain types of conditions; low light, moving objects, long zoomed shots when camera has no IS(Image Stabilization), and long flash shots(Flash is only good to about 10Feet.

2.Your cameras display is small compared to a computers display, so the picture will look better on the camera because you cannot see the detail(pixels) as well as a much larger computer display. If you limit your prints to standard 3X5 or 4X6 or 5X7 view, then you will get a better idea if they are worth keeping for printing in these sizes later.

Read digital photo forums and start with your manual under Taking Pictures, or such, to learn about digital photography and how to live with limitations.

I think you will find the advantages far outweigh the limitations.

Apitek 1.3 Images are blur at faces

Sounds like an autofocus issue. Either the camera is malfunctioning, or it just may be seeing something else it thinks it should be focusing on. Pictures thru glass often focus on the glass even tho we look thru it, watch for reflecions. Anything between you and the person may throw the focus off, like taking a picture of someone thruogh a doorway. If the face is off to the side the camera may be focusing on the center. If your camera has a two-click snap button, try holding only the first click and see what it focuses on.

Optic viewer blurred image

Not much that you can do with that, try adjusting the small focus lever on the underside of the viewfinder, as this might fix the blurred image, your lucky that you didn't, break something on the camera.

Blurred pictures in auto mode

it is probably a camera shake problem. Consider using a tripod. Also, using higher ISO helps..Using flash helps too.
