Hi, If your handset asks for PUK code, you need to contact the service provider and provide them 20 digit sim number for the PUK code . Service provider numbers will be toll free. call your phone service provider they will give you the code for free.

thats your only chance in getting the code.

if you ca't get the code then you can get a new simcard and the phone will work normally.

puk code is asked when you enter pin code wrong 3 times. entering puk code wrong too many times will make the sim card useless.
