Quite often if you look down on the bottom right of the screen there should be a picture of a magnifing glass with a picture of a plus sign on it and a figure like 50% or 100% or 125% you can click on the black drop down arrow and adjust the size there

Hello, if you're using internet explorer as your browser you can simply zoom in to the page to read it better. This can be found on the lower right side of the window/ It will appear as a magnifying glass with a percent value assigned to it. It might be set to 100%, by clicking on this you will see page and text get larger

Right click anywhere on desktop>properties and set the screen resolution to a smaller value.
