I unlocked this phone (Samsung A717) and it works good but the all about internet/wap connection not, ( I put the connection record of my carrier).
This mobile has many options relationed to Att/Cingular such buying ringtones, download music, etc and I can't access to anyone of them, I don't know if this is due to that the mobile connection is now with other carrier. Maybe it is not unlocked correctly.
So I'd be very appreciated if you could help about this issue.

Try checking if you have this settings:
GPRS
Profile Name: Express
Home URL: http://device.home
Bearer: GPRS Only
Proxies: Enabled
Then go to GPRS Settings, dont worry about GSM settings they do not apply to us.
IP - 66.209.11.32
Port: 8080
APN: wap.cingular
User Name: [email protected]
(All upper case)
Password: CINGULAR1
(All upper case)
Then Save the settings and your internet will work. Also be sure to sett your current proxy to this setting.
Now for MMS settings which I am sure you will ask after you get your internet working.
Settings Name: Multimedia
Homepage: http://mmsc.cingular.com
Proxies: Enabled
Version: 1.2 (295KB)
Then go to GPRS Settings.
IP: 66.209.11.32
Port: 8080
APN: wap.cingular
Username: [email protected] (upper case)
Password:CINGULAR1 ( upper case)

If your gprs setting is correct then you might have not unlocked your phone properly ........some codes in phone keeps blocking the phone when you are trying to access internet

Double check your settings, try using gprs. You can get those settings from your service provider.

Yes the Gprs settings are correct, I got them from my Carrier. The internet connection can do it but not correctly, some pages do error.

Hi again,
I can now to access to internet with my carrier but the problem is with the At&t applications are in the phone like buying music, ringtones, etc. I think that though my carrier was other not At&t I could to enter in them with any problem because they have a http link, couldn't I?
Do you know if there is any software to know if the cell phone is completely unlocked or for changing the options in it?
If you are not able to help me. Do you know where I could find some site specialized in Unlocked At&t phones?
