In general, the PC's soundcard and video capabilities will determine the answer to the question. And which direction you want to run. Is the PC a source or the end-unit or both? Your PC hardware and software documentation would describe various scenarios.
The PC is a common source of audio. Any PC should have a minimal headphone output, which would be functionally the same as the analog L/R speaker output. Simply adapt the cables for RCA connection to your audio system, get into yourt PC's sound controls (usually proprietary), max out the volume and set its output for something like FULL range speakers.
Run it to any available Line Level input on the HT.
Digital outputs, same same.
Sending sound TO the PC will depend on IT and the software it uses.
